Shipping & Returns


Orders are processed 24-48 hours from the time they are placed. Orders are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays. Shipments take place Monday through Friday and can take anywhere from 4-9 business days to reach their destination depending upon the location and shipping method chosen.

FedEx does not count the day of shipment as a day in transit. FedEx Express shipments do not get delivered on weekends. Please keep this in mind when ordering and also take into account processing time. Shipping time is calculated from the time the order has been packaged within our system. Due to unpredictable weather conditions, shipments may take longer during the winter months. If items are out of stock you will be notified via e-mail and action can be taken accordingly.

We currently only ship to the US.


Purchases can be returned within 10 days of receiving your order. Any item that is going to be returned, must be accompanied by an RMA number. However, electrical, computer, or control parts cannot be returned.

Purchases must be returned unused and in ample packaging. Packages should be insured so that if damage occurs a claim can be filed with the carrier. Claims cannot be made on items that have not been insured/packaged adequately. A refund will be issued for returns purchases after they have been received and inspected by our staff. Shipping charges will not be refunded. The 30 day policy starts when you receive the items in your home. Items returned in a used condition are subject to a restocking or refusal of refund and will be shipped back to the owner at the owner's expense. Returns shipped beyond the 30 day period will not be accepted and will be shipped back at the owner's expense.

Please call us at 1-203-426-1230 to obtain an RMA number. Any package received at our facility without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the owner.
