Two different roles with the same goal: helping Connecticut homeowners get the right products, service and support.

Customer Experience & Sales

Customer Experience & Showroom Sales Specialist

Split your time between the phones and showroom floor, helping customers get answers and choose the right fireplace, stove or outdoor living product for their home.

Primary Location: Newtown

Additional Coverage: New Milford occasionally once trained

Experience: Hearth industry experience not required

Product knowledge can be taught. We're looking for someone comfortable working with customers, learning new products and helping people make informed decisions.

Service & Installation

Fireplace Service & Installation Helper

Work alongside experienced technicians and installers while learning to install, service and maintain fireplaces, inserts and stoves in customers' homes throughout Connecticut.

Primary Location: Newtown

Work Style: Hands-on field work

Training: Learn alongside experienced technicians

This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning a skilled trade and taking pride in doing quality work in customers' homes.

Based in Connecticut

Our team works from our Newtown and New Milford locations and serves homeowners throughout Fairfield County and portions of New Haven and Litchfield Counties.
