Do I need an appointment to visit a showroom?
No appointment is necessary. Walk-ins are welcome at both our Newtown and New Milford showrooms. Come in, explore your options and speak with a member of our sales team.
Does Black Swan Hearth & Home install fireplaces and stoves?
Yes. We provide professional installation for hearth products purchased through Black Swan Hearth & Home. We do not install products purchased from other retailers or suppliers.
What brands do you service?
Our service department works on Forge & Flame products, including Harman, Quadra-Fire, and Vermont Castings, as well as, Osburn, Heat & Glo, Heatilator, Stellar, and SimpliFire. We also service Hargrove gas log sets.
How do I get an estimate?
Estimates are free. We recommend starting in one of our showrooms, where a sales associate can learn about your space, explain your options and help you select the right product. When you are ready to move forward, we can schedule a visit to your home for the estimate.
What areas do you serve?
Our service area includes Fairfield County, New Haven County, and Litchfield County in Connecticut.
Do both locations have a gift shop?
Yes. Both showrooms carry gifts and home décor, including kitchen décor, candles, jewelry and florals. Our Newtown location has the larger gift shop and offers the broadest selection.
Do you offer outdoor living products?
Yes. Black Swan Hearth & Home offers grills, outdoor heaters and fire pits, along with custom fire pit and outdoor kitchen solutions for homeowners looking to create a more complete outdoor living space.
