About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you’ll guide customers through the selection of wood, gas, pellet, and electric fireplaces, stoves, and inserts. You’ll work in our beautifully curated showroom, helping homeowners find the right fit for their space—whether they're renovating, building, or upgrading.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with fireplace product selection
- Educate customers on product differences, installation considerations, and customization options
- Use our CRM system to manage leads, follow-ups, and quotes
- Coordinate with our team to ensure a seamless customer experience
We’re Looking For
- Previous retail or consultative sales experience in the home improvement space
- Comfort with computers, tablets, and CRM software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in learning about hearth products and home design
- Availability to work some Saturdays (especially in peak fall/winter seasons)
