Constructed from solid iron stock you will notice the attention to details from the perfectly joined corners to the custom hand forged handles and legs. This door screen uses smooth bullet hinges and allows for a great snug fit against your fireplace. Strong lines and a sturdy 40+lb iron frame speak volumes of quality craftsmanship. Unlike others, Pilgrim screen mesh is made of a heavier wire construction – 8 strands of wire per inch allow for maximum safety against hot sparks and embers.
