Pellet Service Contracts
Our annual service plans are now available until April 15, 2026.
We now we have two (2) contract options available
Service Plan A – $399 includes:
- One (1) professional cleaning to be completed between April 1st and July 31st, 2026
- Discounted service appointments during the burn season
(Regular price: $195 | Plan price: $145) - No-Heat Priority Appointment: If your unit is not working, we will respond to diagnose within 7 business days
- 20% off all parts
Service Plan B – $549 includes:
- One (1) professional cleaning to be completed between April 1st and July 31st, 2026
- One (1) mid-season tune-up, which includes a liner brushing and a system vacuum inspection completed between January 1st - February 15th
- Discounted service appointments during the burn season
