Regular Maintenance is Necessary
Pellet units should be serviced a minimum of every year. Some units will require a mid-season cleaning, especially after two ton of fuel has been burned.
Routine cleanings will help ensure that your unit runs at its highest efficiency during the season. It will also help prevent technical problems or part replacement.
It is best to have your unit cleaned in the spring or summer when prices are lower and the schedule is more flexible.
Make sure to schedule your annual maintenance appointment, so that the chance of your unit not operating during the heating season is minimized.
