Job Description
- This is a full time, year round position.
- We work 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, with some overtime hours Saturdays from October through December.
- Company vehicles are provided.
- Understanding job tickets
- Driving to customer locations
- Assisting with appliance installations
- Working on roofs and ladders
- Acquiring the ability to troubleshoot pellet and gas appliances
- Using our company tablets and computer software to update job tickets
- Pay Scale for experienced technicians new to Black Swan can range anywhere from $18-$28 per hour to start or more, which will be determined based on the work experience a candidate brings. A review is held between 90 and 180 days after hiring to evaluate growth and salary potential.
- Apprentice Technicians, with little work experience may start between $15-$18 per hour.
